Standard Shipping and Processing
Red Feather Mercantile's shipping charges are intended to cover the costs of processing your order, handling packing and delivering your selections to you. Most purchases are shipped from our Hood River, Oregon location to arrive as soon as possible after receipt of the order. If there is a shipping delay, of more than five business days we will notify you by phone or email. Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers. These orders may take longer and you will be notified. Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Our Standard Shipping Rates apply to an order going to a single address, multiple address will experience multiple shipping fees. Delivery requests to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories will receive a call from our Customer Service with a rate quote. Home furnishings and some home décor items could be bulkier or heavier and a surcharge may be added, you will be contacted for approval if that is the case. Rush orders are subject to an additional $15 charge up to 15#s.
